Morning Pickup

Your Hamta Hiking experience begins in the morning with a pickup from:

Pickup Point: Prini Village, Manali

After a short briefing by our trekking guide, we begin our hiking experience towards Sethan Village and the scenic Hamta side.

Sethan is a peaceful mountain settlement located above Manali and is known for its beautiful Himalayan surroundings, forests, meadows and seasonal snow. It also serves as a gateway to trekking routes in the Hamta region.

Hiking Experience

Begin your hike through the beautiful mountain surroundings, enjoying:

• Deodar and Himalayan forest trails
• Mountain streams and natural landscapes
• Panoramic views of the surrounding valleys
• Himalayan peaks and open mountain views
• Traditional village surroundings
• Peaceful and less-crowded trails

The trail gradually takes us towards the Sethan–Hamta side, where we spend the day exploring scenic viewpoints and enjoying the natural beauty of the region.

Continue the hike towards the scenic Hamta side, exploring the beautiful surroundings and viewpoints around the area.

Spend some peaceful time in nature, capture photographs and enjoy the spectacular mountain scenery.

Lunch at Sethan

After completing the day’s hiking experience, return towards Sethan Village and enjoy a freshly prepared local lunch.

Evening at Sethan

Spend the evening enjoying the mountain surroundings.

Breakfast at Sethan

Return to Prini

On reaching Prini Village, Manali, the Hamta Hiking experience comes to an end.

• Hiking route, duration and viewpoints may vary depending on weather, trail conditions and local restrictions.
• During winter and periods of heavy snowfall, the route may be modified for safety.
• Guests should carry comfortable trekking shoes, warm clothing, a rain/windproof jacket, sunglasses, sunscreen and a small backpack.
• The hike involves walking on uneven mountain terrain, so a reasonable level of fitness is recommended.
• The final route will be decided by the trek guide according to the group’s fitness level and prevailing conditions.
• Snow activities and snow conditions are seasonal and are not guaranteed.
