ITINERARY DETAILS

DAY 01           ARRIVAL IN LEH

Upon arrival in Leh, welcome by our team representative who will escort you to Ladakh. Check-in at the hotel. Rest of the day you require to take a complete rest for acclimatization to the arid high altitude of Leh (3505 m) in the evening will enjoy the sunset point (Shanti stupa). It is one of the magnificent Tibetan structures that have ever been built. The architecture and the beauty of this place are unexplainable. Shanti Stupa is a white-dome structure dedicated to Buddhism.

Located on the hilltop of Chamspa in Leh, it is one of the major tourist attractions of Ladakh not only for its religious significance for also for its splendid views of the surrounding mountain ranges that it has to offer. Overnight, stay at the hotel after delicious dinner.

DAY 02           INDUS VALLEY SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast, you will go for sightseeing tour of Leh. First of all, you will visit Magnetic Hill- which defies the law of gravity. It has been noticed that when a vehicle is parked in neutral gear on the thismetallic road the vehicle slides up & further Driving through a picturesque landscape. Then, visit Sangam which is about 4 km from Nimmu village, The Confluence of Two River Zanskar and Indus is called Sangam. The National high way is passing on the cliff so you can see the confluence and both river starches coming out from the colorful mountain George. In seasons they have different colors and flow and wildness.

Spituk Gumpa: It is one of the spectacular monasteries in Northern India. The monastery is located on the hilltop near the Indus River and shares a distance of 18 km from the main city of Leh on Srinagar road. This monastery comes with a jaw-dropping scenic beauty of nature.

Leh Palace: This palace is commonly known as the ‘Lhachen Palkhar’ which is one of the, most historically rich edifices that can be found in the country and is located in the breathtakingly beautiful Kashmir, in the town of Leh in India. This palace was built in the 17th century by King Sengge Namgyal as a royal palace.

After full day sightseeing tour, you will back to the hotel and overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 03           LEH TO NUBRA VALLEY

After breakfast, you will drive to Nubra Valley, by Khardung-La which is the highest motorable road in the world at 18,390 ft, around 39kms from Leh. Nubra Valley is popularly known as Ldorma or the valley of flowers which is situated to the North of Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh range of Himalayas.

In the afternoon visit Hunder Monastery. It is one of the remote villages in the Ladakh district of India’s northernmost State of Jammu and Kashmir. Lying close to the border between India and Pakistan in the north-western part of Ladakh, the village of Hunder comprises settlers that include Ladakh is and Tibetans. You can visit the SAND DUNES here to enjoy a camel safari (Optional on direct payment basis).

Overnight, stay at Nubra.

DAY 04           LEH TO PANGONG LAKE

On that day after delicious breakfast, you will drive for the mesmeric Pangong Tso en route visiting Shey Palace. The Palace and Monastery of Shey, an impressive complex on a hill, was constructed on the orders of King Deldan Namgyal in 1655 AD. It houses one of the largest golden Buddha statues in the country. After the visit, you will continue towards Pangong, passing through Changla pass, which is around 5360 meters high.

Pangong Lake, situated at 4267 meters above sea level, is famed for its serenity. A long narrow basin of inland drainage, it is bisected by the international border between India and China. Though open to tourists, the lake and its surrounding area under army surveillance.

After dinner, retire to your tented camp near Pangong Lake.

DAY 05           PANGONG TO LEH

Post breakfast, you will free to explore and capture the beauty of the lake in your cameras. You will drive back to Leh, En-route; you will visit the Hemis Gompa which is the largest monastic foundation of Drukpa Kagyu Order of Tibetan Buddhism. As soon as you reach Leh, check-in at the hotel and take some rest.

After dinner, retire to your hotel room.

DAY 06           DEPART LEH

In the morning after breakfast, you will transfer to the airport to board the flight for your onward destination.

Note:

Mobile with only postpaid connection is valid in J & K state. The best of all are BSNL and AIRTEL.

In this region there is no relevance between the distance and time travelling as it depends upon the conditions of roads, climate and congestion of traffic.

If Roads is not open due to heavy snowfall/ Landslides/ Political issue/natural calamities/ uncertain events; then guest have to stay at the same place without any option . Company shall not be held responsible for Road Blocks/ Natural calamities/ uncertain events.

If guest decide to discontinue the trip or want any kind of changes in the itinerary in that case guest have to pay additional amount to the company.

Cancellation Policy:

Adi Shakti Travels realizes that most people who cancel their reservations do so out of necessity. Nevertheless, cancellations are costly to administer and involve dedicated staff time and communications costs.

Therefore, all cancellations made before 30 days after booking are subject to 8% deduction of total tour cost.

Cancellation made between 29-22 days after booking is subject to a non-refundable of 22%.

Cancellation made between 21-16 days after booking is subject to a non-refundable of 50% deduction of total tour cost.

Cancellation made 15-9 days before commencement of tour after booking are subject to a 70% of tour cost. Cancellation made within 9-3 days prior to departure 90% of total tour cost.

Cancellation made Day of departure or now shows – 100% of tour cost.

Cancellations are based on total package bases. Please note, however, that reservations made after the final payment date are immediately subject to cancellation charges.

To receive any refund, if applicable, that may be due will be processed within 35 days after our receipt of your written notice of cancellation. Traveler substitutions are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to cancellation fees. Please note that we do not make any refunds for any unused portion of your trip.
